the second race this novice loft ever flew, all Walsh bred birds
. Mike calls me on 10-19-08 and he wins 1,2 on the 200 mile race for
his second win. This is incredible that a new flyer wins out of turn
like this. it just goes to show what good birds and proper management
does.
Mike Gregg wins in Pennsylvania, all 4 birds Walsh birds he is flying
on the drop for the win. Mike reports that , he wins another
race with a Walsh bred bird from his 2008 kit..

Greg Zilliox bred a first combine winner yb 08 out of #901 which was

Our
achievements in combine races, and in
Futurity out of area races, in the USA, are remarkable, since we
race with a small team of birds and win out of turn , how can we win in
some one else loft? We do! Again and again. Let us not forget the all
important FIRST PLACE 2006
I.F. CONVENTION. We only send out a limited number of birds of
Futurity birds and our record is to be envied. In 2006 I only shipped
three birds to the convention race and we won the race and had a second
bird high on the prize list. In the Pine tree Futurity in
Maine my bird IF-06-PTD-247 , thee race was reported to me as a
hard race, I was FIRST, with a 247, bred by my old Schofield line
and ,Peck finished 4th with IF-06-PTD-248 , I only shipped two birds
to this out of area race, the Maine Pine Tree Derby Race .A update on
these two birds I sent to Maine, as two year old, the son of Big Daddy
IF-06-PTD-248 wins the 500 combine 2008 for Jim Peck Saco Maine, the
bird IF-06-PTD-247 bred out of the Son of Cunan also was clocked on
this 500 , in a previous race he was only was 4 or 5 seconds out of
first combine.

raced on
10-01-07 d my bird was clocked 7th position at Manny
Parade’s Long Island loft, another tuff New York race happen on this
weekend with many birds lost, I get lucky once in a while and get a
prize.
Well the
facts of the world trade center race in New York 350 miles and over
which happen Saturday September 29th 2007. one of my birds
that was bred for Bill& Mike loft from NJ, won tenth position, This
major New York Metropolitan race clocked only 12 day birds, can you
imagine the world trade center race, with only 12 day birds.
Participating in this race there was over 161 lofts over 1600 on the
birds, first paid 50 grand 150th pays 1 grand, Billy clocked the same
bird WWTC 5532 on the 200 mile race for a equal first place club and a
sixth CJC concourse with 222 lofts and 3188 birds and the bird is a
son of Conor
BAM One Loft Race 10-14-07 my bird took 3rd Position two seconds behind
the winner, He was on the drop with the
and another race to be flown at 250 miles on 10-27-07
Friday, 10-07-07 one of the birds I bred was 3rd in the GSO
race series, l the gso is a series of races the jersey ,and Bronx
flyers compete in , they pay 1250 dollars which entitles them to fly
five different races on 5 different weekend at different distances,
they are allowed to send only seven birds each, from the way I under
stand, in a previous race one of the birds I bred placed 2nd
and another bird as 12th , , these races are against the
best lofts in the NJ/NY area.
I feel the best birds and flyers are in the New York area, if you can
win there, u can win any where, they are the best of the best, birds
that win in New York, & should eat up a race where only mediocre birds
fly.
the
,Suffolk-Nassau
Futurity (SNF)- in long island new York 10-07-07
2nd & 11 SNF
Futurity. 07 Long Island NY
, it turned out to be a tuff race again ,,
I sent three birds to there fifty dollar bands auction , u pay a entry
fee and then the birds get auction to the handlers in NY, so this makes
a big pot of capital cash, I ended up placing 2nd and 11th in two
different lofts, all three of my birds were still there when shipping
and made the race. As you know this is a feat in itself to have one bird
make the race never mind all 3, I say this because all the young bird
losses out there have left many empty perches.
Now is the time to order 2009 young bird kits or pairs of birds for
2009 breeding, as you can see the birds fly for others as well as me.

Make
Today The Very First Day Of The Rest Of Your Life in this
Pigeon Sport
You should start off with pigeons that can and
will put you on top of the race sheet . Be careful and do not can get all
caught up in the marketing schemes of the so-so pigeons.
Some times its just a lot of hype and crap. we all want birds that stay a head of
the flock , each and every race they fly.
You
have been given this day to use as I WILL. You can waste it...or
use it for good and wise decisions , But what you & I do today is important, Because
you are exchanging a day of your life for it!
a day when you
could of found out about winning Pigeon races, and winning
Pigeons . learning how to
breed a Champion bird. When tomorrow comes, this day will
be gone forever, Leaving in its place something that you have
traded for it. you want it to be gain, and not
loss; Good and not evil; success and not failure; and
Great pigeons will let you achieve this success in this sport .
In order that you shall not regret today and start on your
championship voyage ! the time to call is now.

Today is the first day of the rest of
your life and You must make the decision to get to the next
level. Or do you just sit back stay the same and listen to the people
who has all the great marketing advertisements and they keep
pressing it in front of you so you think that is the only way to
WIN. Ill tell you right now it is not so.

Remember a
champion loft is only as strong as the weakest link. Take a good hard look and
make sure you are not that weak link. In this world it has always been
and always will be that knowledge is equal to power and wealth and with out
knowledge there will be no power, wealth or wisdom. Great Birds and Knowledge
wins pigeon races.
I am in
reality reluctant to disclose what I know or learned about
racing pigeons. I want the advantage that knowledge gives me, I
choose to keep this knowledge to my self--and I now
started to share wisdom with some of you but not all. Remember you are the
coach of your own team and it is you who picks his line up for
the races no one else.
In
this game of pigeon flying the Champion Flyer has much knowledge
and speaks little , the Wanna be Champion pigeon flyer has no
knowledge and speaks lots with much advice for all to
HEAR.
On the following pages, Paul Walsh Lofts features individual pigeons,
If you have any questions about any of the pigeons you see on these pages, please do not hesitate to contact
me at Paul@walshloft.com, or call me. Please remember I am on the East Coast time. I
hope you enjoy my Website, I have tried to make it simple, yet interesting and
easy to move around in. I have tried to keep it from being too commercial,
If you
have any suggestions or comments on our Website, don’t hesitate to let us know.
I will be pleased to put you on top of the race sheet.
at this point on the web I do not wish to bore you ,but most of
the race championships etc, that my loft competed for, in the last ten years or so
is on this next click from the past to the present, I
am very proud of what I have been doing and all this
information is just a click away,
Click here for More Loft News
I call it from the Past to the Present
please take the time and go to the link above, and
you will see I am a Champion, and you will see a Champion loft of birds at work.

2007 we did not fly young birds , we chose to sit it out, as we only
had a small team, so we could do the beach and watch and see how the
OOA races go. Just enjoy our self's All we did was train the
young birds , when time allowed. We spend July and August in our
Pennsylvania home, and come back to the Beach the first of September.
Our team is mostly May bred birds that we will fly in old birds
2008. We went out to Scranton SC on 10-20-07 and had a
liberation, as you see below in the pictures , we are
from Scranton Pa so it was a nice trip to see what another city
called Scranton was like. This was about a 90 mile toss for the birds.
A head wind day and the birds ate it up no problem.

I TRAINED
